Summary

Join CloudTalk, a rapidly growing SaaS company, as their Product Marketing Manager. You will play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for their AI-driven business communication platform. This full-stack role encompasses product launches, messaging, customer research, sales enablement, and content strategy. You will collaborate closely with various teams to drive growth and impact CloudTalk's journey towards $100M ARR. The position offers opportunities for professional growth, including 1:1 coaching and training. CloudTalk provides a vibrant international team and remote or hybrid work options from their Barcelona office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new features and product releases
  • Craft compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates CloudTalk
  • Develop launch content (landing pages, emails, in-app messaging, etc.)
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns that fuel adoption and pipeline growth
  • Refine and maintain CloudTalk’s core messaging and value propositions
  • Develop and test new messaging frameworks for different audiences
  • Optimize messaging through A/B testing across marketing channels
  • Gain a deep understanding of buyer personas, pain points, and journeys
  • Conduct customer and competitive research to inform strategy
  • Leverage insights to optimize product positioning
  • Own competitive intelligence—developing and maintaining battlecards
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to train teams on competitive positioning
  • Build a library of sales assets (pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, etc.)
  • Create engaging product-led content (interactive demos, tutorials, case studies)
  • Align with the content team to drive high-converting messaging and strategy
  • Lead messaging and positioning for strategic integration partnerships
  • Keep marketplace listings and integration pages up to date
  • Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns with partners

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with message testing, A/B experiments, and SaaS buyer personas (sales & support teams)
