Join our team as a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for Halborn's cybersecurity training platform, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to develop and execute product launch strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity sectors
  • Demonstrated experience managing the entire product marketing lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and reporting
  • Strong understanding of DLT, cybersecurity, and technical concepts, with a proven ability to translate them into marketable content
  • Proven success in rolling out B2B/B2E products, with an emphasis on education or SaaS platforms
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Highly proficient in data analysis, using metrics to measure campaign success and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex concepts clearly to a broad audience
  • Proactiveness and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in an asynchronous, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Halborn’s upcoming cybersecurity training platform, with a focus on B2B and B2E markets
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand complex DLT and cybersecurity topics, turning them into digestible, engaging marketing content
  • Develop and execute product launch strategies, ensuring the training platform is effectively positioned in target markets
  • Create targeted campaigns that nurture leads through the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, leveraging multiple channels such as webinars, white papers, and email marketing
  • Design product-centric content, including educational materials, case studies, demo videos, and thought leadership pieces to drive platform adoption
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams to streamline communication, ensure alignment, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights from Salesforce MCAE (fka Pardot), Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms
  • Propose and implement marketing automation tools to improve process efficiency and user experience
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing events, including virtual workshops, webinars, and live product demos, to promote the training platform
