Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or business operations in a consumer-focused organization (D2C)
  • Proven track record of driving successful product marketing campaigns and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Deep understanding of product marketing principles, including positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities
  • A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong ability to balance individual contributions with leadership/people management responsibilities
  • Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to influence and partner across teams

Responsibilities

  • Drive the consumer product marketing strategy and execution, including building and managing the product marketing roadmaps based on organizational goals
  • Leverage research and data to deeply understand consumer needs, behaviors, and pain points, informing actionable strategies
  • Develop and implement data-driven go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature rollouts, and growth campaigns, directly managing key initiatives
  • Create compelling product/features positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target user segments
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making
  • Recommend strategies to optimize processes and anticipate industry trends impacting product marketing and growth
  • Present insights, strategies, and results to leadership and stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities for one direct report
  • Lead by example in setting high standards for quality, accountability, and results
  • Serve as a key liaison between product, marketing, and leadership teams to drive alignment on strategic priorities and projects

  • Experience working in a digital health company
