Summary

Join Headway as the first Staff Product Marketing Manager, Commercial (Enterprise B2B) and play an integral role in scaling the company's product marketing function. You will report to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing and focus on product marketing for payers and health systems. Key responsibilities include developing product messaging and positioning, leading product launches, and creating sales enablement content. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and customers. Success in this position demands strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a proven track record of driving quantifiable results. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • You have 7-10+ years of product marketing experience, with direct experience in enterprise health tech
  • You’re empathetic and relationship-obsessed – both with internal collaborators and customers
  • You have strong track record of driving quantifiable results

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on our payer and health system products – develop a deep understanding of the market, our competitive landscape, and our customers
  • Own positioning and messaging (including personas) to elevate the quality of our marketing and sales motions
  • Lead product launches, working closely with cross-functional partners (product management, marketing, comms, design, enablement, clinical, sales, CX, ops)
  • Create and deploy strategic sales trainings and assets to empower our sales team to best position Headway and our value propositions
