Summary
Join Headway's Provider team as a Product Marketer and play an integral role in accelerating the growth of provider products. You will become an expert on a subset of the provider product, lead and support product launches, and drive provider positioning and messaging. This role requires 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in health tech with an SMB focus, and a strong track record of driving quantifiable results. You should be empathetic, relationship-obsessed, thrive in the unknown, and be motivated by making an impact on accessible mental healthcare. Headway offers a competitive total rewards package including robust health and wellness benefits, retirement savings, and equity. The expected base pay range is $108,800 - $160,000, with potential for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant.
Requirements
- You have 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in health tech with SMB focus

Responsibilities
- Become an expert on a subset of our provider product โ develop a deep understanding of the market, our competitive landscape, and our customers
- Lead and support product launches, working closely with cross-functional partners (product management, marketing, comms, design, enablement, clinical, sales, CX, ops)
- Drive and support provider positioning and messaging (including personas) to elevate the quality of our growth motions
