Summary

Keeper Security is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to drive the business and go-to-market for their cybersecurity software. The role involves defining use cases, product messaging, and positioning, becoming a subject matter expert, collaborating with teams, conducting market research, and creating sales enablement materials. The position is 100% remote with an option for hybrid work near the global headquarters in Chicago.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of cybersecurity SaaS-focused experience in a product/solutions marketing role spanning both B2B and B2C
  • Experience with differentiated product messaging, positioning and market leadership supporting go-to-market, external and internal messaging and communications
  • Experience with successful cross-functional product and feature launches
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, as well as strong messaging skills
  • Project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Self-starter and a problem solver who works well within a team (both local and distributed)
  • Someone who is innovative, fast-paced, energetic and a great team cross-functional collaborator
  • Results-driven, analytical yet pragmatic, with a bias for action
  • Strategic thinking to understand markets and competitors combined with tactical planning and execution discipline

Responsibilities

  • Define use cases, product messaging and positioning, value propositions and customer profiles that resonate with target audiences
  • Become a subject matter expert in privileged access management and password management
  • Partner with product management and demand generation teams to craft content around new products and features
  • Work closely with the SEO team to produce SEO-optimized blogs, web pages and videos
  • Collaborate with channel partners and MSPs to develop co-marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with customer success to gather feedback and develop case studies, testimonials and user stories
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to influence product marketing strategies
  • Create sales enablement materials, product presentations and other collateral that enable the sales team to position Keeper’s solutions effectively
