Summary

Join Henry Meds as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and lead critical product marketing efforts for our telehealth solutions. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that drive adoption and growth of our telehealth offerings while collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling product positioning and messaging.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in product marketing, particularly within the D2C and B2CD telehealth or healthtech sector
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies that drive growth and adoption
  • Strong skills in market analysis and competitive research to inform product positioning and messaging
  • Experience collaborating with product management, marketing, providers and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and customer feedback
  • Demonstrated expertise in evaluating product-related initiatives using analytics and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling product content and deliver persuasive messages and in-depth trainings

Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, informing product positioning and marketing strategies
  • Product Positioning: Develop and articulate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Henry Meds' telehealth solutions in the market
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, go-to-market strategies, and customer feedback
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to refine product strategies, enhance offerings, and improve the overall customer experience
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the success of product-related initiatives using key metrics and analytics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness
  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of product-related materials, including site copy, case studies, and promotional content, to support product success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with advanced tools and platforms relevant to product marketing, such as CRM systems and analytics tools
  • Experience in managing a product marketing team or mentoring junior team members
