Summary

Join Luma Health as a Product Marketing Manager and contribute to making healthcare easier for everyone. As a key member of the marketing team, you will develop messaging and positioning that differentiates Luma in the market, prepare tools and training for sales and customer-facing teams, lead the launch of new products and releases, and more.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B organizations (SaaS and/or healthcare experience preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial minded self-starter who is able to function in a lean marketing structure in a company with aggressive growth goals
  • Experience creating compelling corporate messaging. Passion and curiosity about the customer and developing value-driven messaging and content
  • Experience collaborating effectively with product, sales, and customer success to achieve results
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - strong preference for an ability to lead through influence
  • Demonstrable experience positioning and launching differentiated B2B software that exceeds business expectations (ideally in healthcare)
  • Experience managing and researching product positioning and competitive analysis
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment; strong organization skills and highly self-driven
  • The ability to think strategically. Be able to see the bigger picture, and the long-term vision. At the same time, you HAVE to be able to roll up your sleeve and execute with strong urgency and bias for action
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to pivot quickly

Responsibilities

  • Develop messaging and positioning that successfully differentiates Luma in the market in collaboration with product management
  • Prepare tools (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, etc.) and training that help sales and customer-facing teams effectively communicate the value proposition of Luma, move prospects through the buyer journey, win and expand deals and achieve our business goals
  • Lead the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Be the expert on the market, our market segments, the buyers – including personas, how they buy and their buying criteria – and our competition. Educate on how to position Luma in the context of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and design teams to develop content and marketing assets such as blog posts, one pagers, presentations, and more
  • Build strong relationships with product management, marketing, sales, customer support and other internal teams
  • Build positive relationships with key analysts and industry influencers
