Summary
Join MaintainX, a leading maintenance and asset management platform, as a Product Marketing team member. You will play a crucial role in shaping how MaintainX communicates its product story, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams. Responsibilities include defining clear messaging, planning product launches, enabling customer-facing teams, supporting marketing campaigns, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with partners. This remote role (US or Canada) requires 2-4 years of product marketing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships. Requirements
- 2-4 years of product marketing experience (or related experience)
- Experience working with or enabling go-to-market teams across pre- and post-sales teams
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player who excels at building cross-functional relationships and can influence without authority
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Define messaging that is clear, simple, and impactful. Translate our product’s capabilities into compelling, value-driven messages
- Build and drive the plans to take our products to market and align cross functional stakeholders to execute flawlessly on launch day and beyond
- Enable customer-facing teams with the right collateral and training so they can close deals faster and more often
- Partner with Growth & Demand Gen teams to drive product adoption, upsell, and expansion of new and existing features
- Use product analytics, customer interviews, and more to become an expert on our buyers’ needs, goals, and motivations
- Drive the creation of assets to support the needs of key partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Are based in the Greater Toronto or Montreal areas
- Have experience serving asset-intensive industries, like manufacturing, distribution, etc
