Requirements

  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to launch and scale technical products with measurable results
  • Messaging Expertise: Skilled at creating messaging frameworks that simplify complex concepts into engaging narratives
  • GTM Ownership: Hands-on experience leading go-to-market strategies for product features, delivering on-time, impactful launches
  • Web3 Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain, digital collectibles, Web3, and their applications in gaming and digital identity
  • Proactive Problem Solver: A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for driving user engagement and adoption

Responsibilities

  • Craft clear, compelling messaging that highlights PlayerZero’s unique value across features, digital collectibles, and updates
  • Translate technical features into narratives that resonate with Web3 collectors
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with the brand’s tone and emphasizes key differentiators
  • Drive go-to-market strategies for features, digital collectibles, and updates, ensuring smooth and timely launches
  • Create and maintain launch playbooks to coordinate teams and deliverables
  • Track and report success metrics to refine future launches
  • Act as the bridge between product, marketing, engineering, and partnerships, ensuring alignment on goals and timelines
  • Brief teams on upcoming releases and align all efforts under a unified brand narrative
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings to keep everyone informed and on track
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, market research, and industry trends to shape messaging and influence the product roadmap
  • Stay ahead of trends in Web3, gaming, and digital identity to keep PlayerZero innovative
  • Analyze launch and campaign performance to track adoption, engagement, and user feedback
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve future results

  • Have experience working with avatars, digital identity, and shaping the future of virtual worlds
  • Share a personal interest in cross-game interoperability and other avatar applications
  • Have experience working in a startup or scaleup environment
