Requirements
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience in SaaS, with a focus on mid-market solutions
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing GTM strategies and sales enablement programs
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans that effectively launch new products and feature updates to the mid-market
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product positioning and messaging align with market needs and customer expectations
- Create and deliver sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, product demos, and training sessions to equip the sales team with the necessary tools for success
- Continuously update collateral to reflect new product features, competitive intelligence, and market trends
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs, using these insights to drive product positioning and roadmap decisions
- Build a robust bottom-up Voice of Customer (VOC) framework that leverages customer feedback and usage data to inform product enhancements and strategic initiatives
- Work closely with product managers to influence the product roadmap based on market intelligence, customer insights, and sales feedback
- Monitor and analyze key SaaS metrics to identify growth opportunities and refine product and GTM levers
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams including marketing, sales, product management, and customer success to ensure cohesive messaging and unified strategic direction
- Facilitate regular feedback loops and collaborative sessions to align on product strategy and market positioning
