Summary

Join Titan as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and lead all customer-facing communication for Neo. You will be responsible for crafting engaging experiences across various touchpoints, including in-product messaging, email campaigns, onboarding, and website content. This role requires a blend of data-driven marketing, UX writing, and customer lifecycle strategy to optimize user engagement and conversion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and leverage data to refine communication strategies. The ideal candidate possesses strong storytelling abilities, lifecycle marketing expertise, and data analysis skills, along with experience in email automation and CRM tools. Requirements

  • Strong storyteller – Ability to craft clear, compelling messages that engage and convert users
  • Lifecycle marketing expertise – Versed at developing advanced business and CRM strategies, building customer experiences and journeys across multiple channels, and devising content and solutions tailored to address customer problems for onboarding, retention, and engagement
  • Data-driven & analytical – Comfortable using data to optimize messaging and improve conversion rates
  • Tech-savvy – Experience with email automation, CRM tools, and in-product messaging platforms (e.g., Braze, Intercom, HubSpot, Amplitude)
  • Collaborative mindset – Ability to work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to create cohesive communication strategies
  • Degrees in Engineering & MBA
  • 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle campaigns to improve activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
  • Own and optimize in-product messaging (tooltips, modals, banners, etc.) to improve user experience and engagement
  • Build and refine onboarding flows to ensure users quickly find value in the product
  • Implement email, push, and in-app communication strategies to nurture users and improve retention
  • Own all customer-facing messaging, including product updates, feature launches, and announcements
  • Craft website messaging (homepage, landing pages, etc.) to clearly communicate product value and drive conversions
  • Develop and maintain training materials and documentation to educate users on product features
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels
  • Define and track key engagement and retention metrics
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine messaging, subject lines, and communication strategies
  • Leverage customer segmentation and behavioral data to create personalized and contextual messaging
