Product Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and delivering the value proposition of the products to the marketing and sales teams and develop collateral and sales tools that support the selling process of our strategic products
• Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs and market trends, champion the voice of the customer, and bolster our competitive intelligence
• Assist with creating go-to-market strategies and value propositions for new features, functionality and products
• Support Product Marketing Manager with various strategic initiatives and projects
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including product brochures, presentations, and digital content, including videos, to effectively communicate product features and benefits
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute product launch campaigns, promotional activities, and sales enablement tools
• Work closely with product management, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels
• Help to coordinate and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) that we receive from prospective clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Understand goal and KPI attainment
• Have completed an internship or relevant coursework in marketing or product management
• Be familiar with digital marketing concepts and analytics
• Be familiar with marketing tools (e.g., CRM software)
• Possess a basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Have experience drafting and responding to RFPs
