Summary
Join Belong Health as their ACO Product Operations Manager and support the operations and performance of their rapidly growing ACO product. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, ACO, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including provider engagement, care management, and technology. This role requires a deep understanding of the REACH program and other CMS ACOs, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to create impactful content. You will analyze data, recommend business decisions, and ensure program requirements are met. Requirements
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in management consulting, chief of staff, payer operations, or other generalist operations
- Experience in healthcare
- Extremely detail-oriented and very organized
- Extremely analytical and able to build recommendations and communicate them to internal and external business stakeholders
- Expert communicator to both internal (team) and external (customer) audiences
- Expert with Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint) and rapid adopter of complementary tools (we use Slack, Notion, and Loom extensively)
- Bachelor degree is required
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Director of Product, ACO in activities to measure, communicate, and advance ACO performance
- Learn ACO REACH, MSSP, and other CMS ACO program design and requirements, and proactively ensure requirements are understood and met
- Develop trusted relationships, both internally and externally, to drive towards business objectives and the path to value-based care
- Help identify, drive, and ultimately execute against business priorities and goals
- Dive headfirst into program details to uncover opportunities, drive value-based care performance, and ensure program adherence
- Analyze data to understand care patterns and recommend business decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally across core functions of the ACO to drive performance
- Maintain an updated perspective on ACO performance drivers, technologies, and other approaches to improving population health
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CMS programs is preferred
- Experience in early-stage companies is preferred
- Advanced degrees are preferred
