Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience in product operations, product management, or a similar role
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Matlab, Looker)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Productboard)
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze product data to generate actionable insights for Product Managers
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance and key metrics
  • Serve as the liaison between the product team and other departments
  • Ensure all teams have the necessary data and information to make informed decisions
  • Manage the planning and execution of product roadmap processes
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align on priorities, goals, and timelines
  • Manage and optimize the tools and platforms used by the product team
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration
  • Identify opportunities to streamline product processes
  • Implement best practices to improve workflow and productivity
  • Assist in onboarding new team members regarding product processes and tools
  • Provide ongoing support to the product team on operational tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools
  • A keen interest in product management and developing customer-centric solutions
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
