Requirements

• 5+ years in product operations, product management, or a related operational role with close collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Strong passion for user experience and the ability to deeply understand complex products and use cases
• Experience analyzing data and user feedback to drive product improvements
• Ability to build empathy for user problems and translate them into solutions
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a hands-on approach
• Basic technical knowledge of software development (experience with payment systems is a plus)
• Strong SQL and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Leading large cross-functional projects to improve our product
• Collect, quantify & prioritize product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development
• Seeking information to solve conceptual problems and building product
• Drive top company launches, and global rollouts
• Digging to the root cause of issues and architecting solutions to fix them
• Designing and implementing complex operational systems and processes
