Summary
Join Clari's R&D Operations team as a Senior Product Operations Manager and partner with the global R&D organization to facilitate product planning, tools, processes, and meeting cadences. This fully remote role, based in Poland with occasional travel to KrakΓ³w, supports a core Clari product function. You will develop and implement key templates for product team communications, manage product management tools, coordinate site activities for planning processes, create communication artifacts, manage stakeholder engagement during feature roll-outs, and contribute to cross-geo Product Operations programs. The position requires experience in a similar role or in Product Management/Program Management within R&D, a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, experience scaling product management teams, and strong communication and data fluency skills. Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in a similar role, or in Product Management or Program Management within R&D
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience with a SaaS solutions provider
- Experience scaling product management teams through various processes and tooling
- Experience coordinating teams and processes in a multi-geographical environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good presentation abilities
- Data fluent, with the ability to assist product managers in gathering and presenting data such as customer usage, product telemetry, business data, and market data
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement key templates for product team communications (strategy, roadmaps, all-hands, business cases, business reviews)
- Implement, promote, train, and manage product management tools (feature requests, roadmap tooling, analytics, documentation)
- Help coordinate the site activities for annual and quarterly planning processes along with other Site R&D Ops leaders (prepare initiatives for quarterly planning, refine product discovery processes, being a point person for questions on the overall process)
- Create and leverage key communication artifacts for internal and external audiences (decks, documentation, wikis, release notes)
- Manage internal stakeholders throughout feature roll-outs (tracking, launch cohorts, internal communication, Customer Success enablement)
- Drive or contribute to complex cross-geo Product Operations programs (e.g., Voice of Customer, analytics/feedback support, launch processes)
- Collect, operationalize, and present product feedback (Voice of the Customer, newsletters, roadmapping)
