Product Owner

Summary

Join Experian's growing Health SaaS team as a detail-oriented Product Owner. You will assist in defining the product vision and roadmap, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, translate business needs into user stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role
• Exposure to healthcare technology or SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Understanding of healthcare data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA, PHI)
• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product vision and roadmap in collaboration with senior stakeholders
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business and customer value
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Support product launches and gather user feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure product features comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
