Product Owner

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development
• 1+ year of experience managing teams
• Strong analytical and technical acumen combined with solid business sense for ROI-based prioritization
• Experience in formulating and executing a focused product vision, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with leadership, customers, and partners
• Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment while delivering measurable results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes through continuous research
• A data-driven and user-centric approach to product development
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail, a proactive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills: proactive in initiating conversations, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to product strategy discussions
• Expertise in defining and prioritizing product features, managing backlogs, and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Proven ability to make strategic decisions, assess business impact, manage risks, and identify opportunities
• Comfortable working independently in a flat hierarchy with direct communication channels

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise and full ownership in articulating and strategizing platform product development using Jira and Confluence, ensuring seamless product launch, growth, maintenance and alignment with business objectives
• Engage in technical discussions with the IT team regarding development approaches and requirements
• Your primary responsibilities include product development based on continuous market research and working closely with the IT team to ensure business requirements are met
• Define team goals, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with UNLOCK Tests’ vision
• Drive product impact through data analysis, market research, and strategic planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure successful product execution
• Lead AI-driven product initiatives, ensuring AI-powered solutions enhance our HR SaaS platform
• Continuously conduct market research to inform new feature development and ensure business requirements are met

• Experience in HR SaaS and AI-powered solutions
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching AI-powered products from inception
