Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, or similar role within a software development environment
  • Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to reflect changing needs and priorities
  • Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and define Definition of Done (DoD)
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to align on expectations and deliverables
  • Act as a key player in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
  • Oversee the delivery of features, ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines
