Summary
Join ChowNow's Partnerships Team as a Product Partner Manager and help local restaurants thrive. You will manage a portfolio of strategic product partners, enhancing relationships and uncovering new revenue opportunities. Responsibilities include acting as the key partner contact, establishing regular meetings, and implementing a best-in-class support model. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with various teams (Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, etc.) to support partners and maximize opportunities. You will build and maintain feedback loops, acting as the voice of the partner to internal teams. This remote role requires 5+ years of experience in product partnerships or similar roles at a technology company and an intermediate understanding of technical products and integration practices.
Requirements
- You have 5+ years spent in product partnerships, business development, strategic partner management, or similar roles at a technology company
- You understand how APIs work (to a point) and can talk some technical lingo, at least from a high-level. You have an intermediate understanding of technical products and integration practices
- Youβre self-motivated, detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- You have a builder mentality that thrives in a fast paced environment where the processes are not yet built
- You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly goals
- You have strong interpersonal and cross-collaboration skills with strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
- You are flexible and adaptable and can help others to envision a new way of doing things
- Drive to challenge the status quo and find new and better ways to meet and exceed partner expectations and business results
- Ability to communicate with and present to senior executives in a clear and confident manner
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of our most strategic product partners to enhance the relationship and surface new opportunities to grow revenue
- Act as a key point of contact for our partners, establish a regular meeting cadence, and implement a best-in-class support model to help our partners succeed
- Drive business planning, executing of programs and initiatives and works cross-functionally to support sales forecasting and planning, partner enablement, marketing, reporting, pipeline management, quarterly business reviews, and product roadmaps
- Build and maintain an excellent feedback loop with stakeholders across the organization, acting as the voice of the partner to our internal teams
- Be available to internal teams to drive understanding of our partnerships and the value they deliver to ChowNow and our clients
Preferred Qualifications
Preferably, you have knowledge and experience of working with point of sale systems and in the restaurant technology space
