Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry
• Strong understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to design impactful partnership deals
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail in managing project deliverables and timelines
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving growth and innovation
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end management of partnership projects in blockchain or web3 space
• Attend and actively participate in both online and offline meetings with partners
• Understand and contribute to key decision points during partnership discussions
• Ensure that all partnership commitments and project expectations are met and delivered on time
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners
• Act as the primary point of contact for partnership partners, managing communications and expectations both internally and externally
• Ensure the smooth execution of partnership agreements and initiatives
• Identify and source new partnership opportunities that align with Flipster’s strategic goals
• Utilize creative thinking and business development skills to design exciting and mutually beneficial partnership deal structures
• Negotiate terms and conditions with partners to ensure favorable outcomes for Flipster
• Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet OKRs and drive user growth
• Provide regular updates and reports for external partners and internal stakeholders
