Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related skill set
  • 3-4 years working experience. Partnership management experience preferred but not required
  • SQL, SAS, or Snowflake experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent time-management skills, strong interpersonal and written & verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ease of working with a variety of tech tools and collaborative software
  • Exhibits a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Passion for delivering consistently high-quality work on schedule

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with key strategic external partners to generate new leads and customers, developing marketing strategies and identifying new acquisition opportunities for installment lending products
  • Responsible for key performance indicators of each partnership to ensure customer centric goals are met while maintaining profitability and efficiency
  • Act as internal project manager for key external partner, working with cross-functional teams including Credit, Capital Markets, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Insights
  • Assist with the onboarding new partnerships and ongoing due diligence of existing partners
  • Monitor competitive landscape within partner sites and identify expansion opportunities with partners
  • Analyze daily Marketing reports to monitor for application and funded loan volume, identifying trends and outliers
  • Manage the invoicing and accrual process for all Digital Partnerships
