As a strategic leader, you will drive successful implementations, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure customers achieve long-term value with the Anaplan platform. You will spearhead the time to value for our customers, manage relationships and identify opportunities to provide increased value. This role involves scaling and guiding high-impact implementations, driving successful project delivery, providing expert mentorship, resolving escalations, managing partner relationships, forecasting revenue, expanding service delivery opportunities, and leading team performance and talent acquisition. The goal is to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- 15 years of SaaS professional services experience, including leadership expertise
- Proven success managing EPM/ERP projects and diverse technical teams
- Strong client and executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience in multi-vendor cloud environments
- Expertise in business process design, contract negotiation, and resource planning
- Willingness to travel across the region (up to 50%)
