Summary
Join the TAIT team as a Program Coordinator and contribute to the development of commercial and retail projects. You will perform due diligence research, handle permit processing, and manage administrative tasks from site selection through construction. This role supports project managers within the Program Management team. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture
- Valid and current driverβs license
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Smartsheet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task various projects
Responsibilities
- Assists project team with development projects from the Conceptual Phase through Construction
- Assists team with Site Feasibility studies and due diligence research
- Assist with Entitlement approvals and permit processing
- Process and track various permits for multiple projects
- Assists team with administrative duties with Smartsheet updates, administrative follow-up and team scheduling
- Works closely with Entitlements Director and Construction Document director to ensure project milestones are met
- Follows up with design team deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with site development coordination with government agencies, and design consultants
- Previous experience submitting plans to municipalities
