Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in program management, M&A, corporate development, or related areas
- Proven track record in leading successful acquisitions and integrations
Responsibilities
- Drive and manage the end-to-end acquisition and integration process, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead due diligence efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying risks, and ensuring smooth transitions
- Develop and execute integration roadmaps, ensuring operational, financial, and cultural alignment between organizations
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations teams to integrate acquired businesses seamlessly
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive solutions to address integration challenges
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
- Ensure cultural and organizational alignment during integrations, fostering employee engagement and retention
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, due diligence, and post-merger integration processes
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage ambiguity effectively
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Six Sigma is a plus)
