Summary
Join Able, a product strategy and development studio, as their Director of Program Management and Operations. This leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, is part of the Executive Leadership Team and involves overseeing program management, partner management, and commercial and people operations. You will evolve and implement the vision for program management within Able's AI-Powered SDLC, build and mentor the team, and lead the definition of delivery practices. Partner management responsibilities include strategic and operational leadership, while commercial and people operations encompass contract management, resourcing, financial forecasting, and overseeing talent acquisition and employee experience. The position is 100% remote within the United States and offers a competitive salary.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading a Program / Project / Delivery Management department or discipline
- Experience leading company operations: People Ops and Talent Acquisition, to drive a company environment aligned with values and high engagement
- Demonstrated experience leading program delivery to deliver business results
- Vision and leadership abilities to inspire and mobilize talent
- Innate ability to inspire partners to think differently about their program approach
- Dynamic and ambitious approach to company building, for Able and for our partnersβ organizations

Responsibilities
- Evolve, articulate, and implement the vision for Program Management within AI-Powered SDLC
- Build, mature and guide the team to deliver Leading the current team to learn, grow, and evolve to deliver AI-Powered SDLC is essential
- Lead the definition and articulation of our delivery practices LLMs and agentic tools are changing fast. We need to stay ahead of the industry to deliver solutions that keep our partners ahead of the curve
- Actively engage in partner management and development, sometimes as Partner Lead β strategic and operational leadership of the partnership and work, sometimes as Executive Sponsor β senior level counsel and guidance
- Oversee the current People Operations and Talent Acquisition team
- Oversee contract (MSA/SOW/NDA) generation and approvals
- Manage resourcing and allocations to optimize company performance
- Gross Margin forecasting and tracking
- Manage company contracts: SAAS, hardware, legal
- Oversee Talent Acquisition
- Oversee performance management systems and processes
- Lead DEI initiatives
- Oversee on-boarding and off-boarding of team members
- Oversee the planning of team engagement activities, including ELT Offsites
- Strategic development. Articulating the vision and operational components of the Program Management team
- Working with partners. You will have a focused portfolio of partners to help steer, inspire, and grow
- Business development. You will meet with prospects to evaluate the opportunity, identify ways for Able to create value, and mobilize teams and work to close deals
- Team development. Make the Program Management team great, by facilitating the growth of existing team members and hiring new ones

Benefits
- 100% remote within the United States
- Minimal travel will be required within the United States (10%)
- The base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $210,000 USD
