Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or revenue operations
  • Expert in HubSpot with experience managing marketing automation tools. Ability to continuously assess and differentiate between essential and non-essential tools for running a performance marketing team
  • Deep understanding of the most useful AI tools and a proven track record of leveraging them. You already integrate AI into how you drive marketing insights, optimize workflows, and fulfill data requests
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data
  • Experience with lead scoring and attribution modeling, either from configuring a CRM from scratch or significantly improving an existing system
  • Experience building dashboards with business intelligence tools (Tableau preferred, Power BI, Looker)
  • Strong attention to detail when building marketing automation, with experience documenting workflows and an intuitive understanding of system integration
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Data Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Elevate our marketing reporting by building top-tier systems to track campaign performance and funnel health with precision. Utilize insights to drive smarter decisions, optimize conversions, and fuel the growth strategy
  • Manage and maintain our HubSpot instance, serving as the primary owner of all marketing automation needs and data requests. Configure events in HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms to enable granular and accurate reporting
  • Analyze funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and areas where users encounter friction, ensuring strategic improvements
  • Collaborate with our Data Engineers to establish and maintain reliable data pipelines across the company, enabling accurate and scalable reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau to provide real-time visibility into marketing and sales performance
  • Develop predictive lead scoring, qualification logic, and conditional list building to ensure sales focuses on the highest-opportunity leads
  • Create and segment audiences for paid campaigns and direct outreach to candidates
  • Continuously test and refine processes to improve scalability and effectiveness in marketing operations
  • Collaborate on a fast, results-driven team. Report to Director of Growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have experience working with large datasets and advanced statistical analysis
  • You’ve worked in a B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environment
  • You’ve got experience studying, working, or volunteering in politics, civics, or democracy reform
