Summary
Join our LLM Data Services Business Unit as a dynamic and experienced Program Manager- Analytics and Operations to drive key initiatives and ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
- Proven working experience in project management, with a focus on data services or machine learning projects
- Strong understanding of data management principles and practices
- Advanced SQL skills for querying, data analysis, and optimization, including the ability to manage large datasets, perform complex joins, and write efficient queries for data extraction and transformation
- Proficiency in Excel , including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables), data visualization, and creating complex reports for stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- PMP, or similar project management certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with agile methodologies is preferred
