Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, training program management, or a similar role within a Sales or GTM function
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools and CRM/enablement platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and influence diverse teams
  • Passion for learning, collaboration, and contributing to the success of a high-performance team

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track the execution of Abnormal University program initiatives, including new hire onboarding (e.g., ILT sessions, Bootcamps, eLearning completion) and reinforcement with specialized training initiatives (skills and topic Deep Dives)
  • Ensure all training activities are executed flawlessly and achieve high engagement and completion rates
  • Manage program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, and participant registration
  • Develop and implement program evaluation plans to measure the effectiveness of learning programs on knowledge acquisition, skill development, and commercial outcomes
  • Develop and implement personalized training paths for every team member based on their role and development needs
  • Drive adoption and communicate the value of these personalized programs to optimize learning outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in sales enablement and curriculum design
  • Regularly assess and refine training programs to maximize their effectiveness and relevance for the GTM team
  • Track and analyze training metrics such as attendance, engagement, and completion rates
  • Use data to identify trends, create reports, and recommend improvements to the training programs, ensuring alignment with overall sales enablement goals
  • Extract insights from data to optimize each step of the learning journey of our GTM team
  • Use data storytelling to effectively communicate insights from a dataset using narratives and visualizations
  • Leverage enablement tools, learning management systems, and other platforms to enhance operational efficiency, streamline reporting processes, and facilitate easy access to curriculum resources
  • Work closely with GTM teams, Field Enablement, and other stakeholders to align on training needs and ensure training programs remain responsive to evolving business priorities
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture within a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment
