Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, banking or a fast-growing startup
- A data-driven mindset and strong analytical ability, paired with extensive experience on Looker, SQL and Google Sheets
- A strong bias towards execution, a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift
- Sound critical-thinking, sharp analytical ability and clear communication and decision-making skills
- A proactive, self-start attitude that allows you to drive change independently
- A proven people leader with the ability to run teams effectively
Responsibilities
- Increase the effectiveness of our Digital Physical Therapy programme, to ensure we engage with our members in a frequent, timely and relevant fashion to guide them through their journeys successfully and improve their lives meaningfully by
- Deep Diving into the the data and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Building an in-depth understanding of our programmes
- Designing and deploying new processes and training standards
- Solving the most complex edge cases, in partnership with our team of expert clinicians, and draw learnings to implement improvements at scale
- Managing, motivating, coaching and raising the bar for a team of highly motivated, engaged and driven operations associates and clinicians
- Enhance the effectiveness of our Digital Physical Therapy program by ensuring frequent, timely, and relevant engagement with members to guide them successfully through their journeys and meaningfully improve their lives
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for program improvement
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our programs to inform decision-making and strategic planning
- Design and implement new processes and training standards to elevate program quality and consistency
- Collaborate with expert clinicians to solve complex edge cases, drawing insights to scale improvements across the program
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of highly motivated and driven operations associates and clinicians, continually raising the bar for performance and engagement
