Summary

Join our team as a Senior Program Manager and lead the program management function for high-value and complex programs initiated from the Tech Org. You will drive efficient processes, manage large scope programs, and work closely with product development teams to create best experiences for customers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional, global programs in SaaS based products
  • Proficient using Atlassian Toolset: Jira, Confluence, Portfolio/Advanced Reporting
  • Proficient in metrics gathering and usage via Tableau and Pendo
  • B.S degree in Computer science or a related comparable field of study

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, UX, & Engineering teams on defining roadmaps, aligning on timelines
  • Ensure product teams have are sufficiently resourced to deliver upon commitments
  • Autonomously craft and communicate a concise narrative that unites disparate groups of people, including company leaders, around key business objectives and drivers
  • At a project level, work with implementation teams to determine realistic schedules to launch new products and features
  • Build and implement communication plans that identify who, when, what, and how to disseminate information, to drive intended outcomes, executing in a measured and balanced way for the full spectrum of audiences relevant to business objectives
  • Autonomously creates and sets the gold standard for others to follow or be inspired by developing templates, processes, frameworks etc. for the team as needed
  • Drive scope/timeline discussion, track, identify, & resolve program interdependencies, risks/issues, milestones, and program artifacts across various project tracks to ensure successful project implementation and rollout
  • Prepare and maintain program dashboards, status reports for Steering Committee/Executive briefings check point, along with all program level communications
  • Present information to technical or non-technical audiences ranging from team level meetings through to Executive briefs and updates
