Program Manager

Summary

Join a dynamic and growing team as a Program Manager to lead implementation efforts for one of our largest key accounts. This role will be responsible for leading teams of skilled technologists for client deployments of our products and services, influencing process improvement initiatives, and participating in cutting-edge cloud-based technologies with upcoming investments in generative artificial intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong IT technical project management skills and experience - 5+ years
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Healthcare payer industry experience
• Excellent soft skills for and experience with managing fellow employee team members and client relationships
• A strong technical aptitude from past career and / or educational experience in order to properly interact with and understand the technical subject matter of the projects
• Agile project management experience including in the role of Scrum Master – 2+ years
• Healthcare industry experience – 2+ years
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field of study

Responsibilities

• Own formation and leadership of the client delivery team in a program management role (with all of the typical responsibilities that come with that role – scope, schedule, budget, team, risk, and communications management) assigned to client implementation projects
• Typically manage 1 – 2 projects concurrently based upon project size. The largest of these projects typically will consist of 5 – 15 team members
• Occupy an external client facing role
• Participate in initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our client delivery processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing cloud-based technology projects
• Experience on any level with Snowflake or Databricks
• PMP or Prince2 certification
• Agile CSM certification
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with Smartsheet
