Summary

Join Acacia Center for Justice as a Program Manager to play a key role in the management of the Legal Orientation Program (LOP) and Legal Orientation Program for Custodians of Unaccompanied Children (LOPC). The PM will supervise staff, monitor compliance with contractual obligations, develop procedures, provide oversight to subcontractors, and travel bi-monthly. This is an opportunity to effectuate change in partnership with government and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Program Analyst and Administrative Assistant
  • Work closely across units within Acacia to perform, assess, and strengthen program operations
  • Collaborate with the Immigration Help Desk, Family Group Legal Orientation, and Legal Access Services for Reunified Families teams
  • Lead the LOPC Call Center and schedule platforms' integration with Salesforce
  • Oversee program management for assigned LSP subcontractor sites through regular contact with LSPs, site visits, drafting site visit evaluations, and follow-up
  • Lead conference calls with LSP network and governmental stakeholders
  • Improve accuracy and timeliness of data reporting, respond to ad hoc data requests, and assist with program data collection, analysis, management, and reporting tasks
  • Regularly engage with government stakeholders, including the EOIR's Office of Legal Access Programs (OLAP) and program subcontractors
  • Support communication with program stakeholders via the LSP listservs and other communication platforms, facilitate monthly check-in with LSPs, and provide program management troubleshooting for providers
  • Coordinate regularly with L&D to assess network technical assistance (TA) needs to identify promising practices among the network and devise ways to disseminate information about such practices to encourage implementation
  • Collaborate with the BRM team to ensure expenditures are in alignment with program budgets
  • Support Acacia leadership in strategy and program innovation, and develop and maintain relationships with project partners, including other stakeholders in order to foster further collaboration
