Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in program management or related role in an agile software development organization
- Proven track record of managing large, complex programs and projects
- Demonstrated experience working with traditional and agile project management methodologies and best practices. Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach a plus
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building business processes
- Proficiency in JIRA
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an evolving program plan that reflects business goals, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder feedback
- Ensure the consistent delivery of quality outputs by producing deliverables early and often, meeting customer needs, and achieving program objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment, fostering a culture that balances stakeholder expectations with a clear understanding of required efforts
- Continuously monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues, providing senior management with regular updates and actionable recommendations for resolution
- Identify and address problems and impediments proactively, implementing process improvements to prevent recurrence
- Embrace and apply agile principles within the programβs context, driving continuous improvement in product quality, process efficiency, and team performance
- Facilitate regular program meetings, ensuring open communication and alignment across all levels of the organization
- Engage with all relevant stakeholders, creating a productive and trusting environment that aligns with their needs and expectations while balancing resource allocation effectively
