Summary

Blue Acorn iCi is a digital consultancy focused on delivering innovative solutions across various industries. They are seeking an experienced Program Manager fluent in both Spanish and English to manage multiple projects with technical and non-technical elements. The role involves strategizing, organizing, planning, risk management, team leadership, and participation in scrum ceremonies. The position requires frequent travel during project planning phases, 8+ years of experience as a program/senior project manager, strong Adobe ecosystem knowledge, broad MarTech stack experience, ability to present to stakeholders at the Executive level, and Agile delivery principles understanding.

Requirements

• Frequent travel required during planning phases of projects to meet with clients/stakeholders (this will taper down once a project begins)
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• 8+ years experience as a program/senior project manager. Impeccable organizational and program management skills
• Equally excellent communication capability in English and Spanish required
• Strong Adobe ecosystem knowledge and Adobe Experience Cloud experience is required
• Broad MarTech stack experience
• Ability to present to and earn the trust from a diverse set of stakeholders at the Executive level
• Team leader who seeks solutions to problems and can quickly translate ambiguity to clarity and action through excellent communications skills
• Ability to lead and guide teams and create confidence across our extended team that they can deliver
• Ability to prioritize effectively and balance multiple simultaneous initiatives
• Ability to think incrementally and develop approaches, options and sequencing to large complex initiatives
• Ability to build and scale teams
• A strong understanding of and experience with Agile delivery principles and practices

Responsibilities

• Strategize, align, implement and maintain programs adhering to internal and client organizational objectives
• Organize, plan and prioritize efforts into projects and workstreams
• Manage multiple technical and non-technical workstreams simultaneously
• Analyze, evaluate and overcome program risks and provide program reporting for management and stakeholders
• Manage scope and budget effectively with early communications regarding change management needs
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for team improvement based on data and results of reporting
• Participate in scrum ceremonies, including: daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, iteration planning, program increment planning, demos, and retrospectives
• Provide leadership and support to resolve team blockers as it pertains to iterations and program increments
• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timing
• Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, closely managing scope and budget to produce the highest value
• Support teams to ensure prioritized work is refined, planned, and executed successfully
• Work with Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Product team to ensure alignment on scope and dependencies
