Requirements
- PMP Certification and/or possess a college degree in a business or related field, or equivalent past job experience
- 5+ years of senior-level project management experience in a SaaS environment, with a track record of managing 3+ projects concurrently at a single company
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives to drive lasting impact
- Monitor and oversee multiple projects and teams, ensuring program goals are not just met but exceeded
- Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to meticulously plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, and timing for new initiatives
- Cultivate strong lines of communication with key stakeholders within both the client organization and Avetta, ensuring transparency and collaboration
- Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams, assess program strengths and weaknesses, and proactively identify areas for enhancement
- Engage directly with clients to discuss program status, deliverables, and address any project slippage, ensuring their expectations are not just met but exceeded
- Devise program improvements that enhance support for both the client and the business, making the program more sustainable and scalable
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable working with distributed global teams, showcasing exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, internal stakeholders, and management
- Exhibit conflict resolution, problem-solving, and risk management skills to ensure smooth project delivery
- Comfortable using Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence
- Regular and predictive attendance
