  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on team development
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in project management software and tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of banking projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, with a focus on core or digital banking
  • Supervise and mentor project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery and the professional development of the team
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project progress and performance
  • Implement and manage robust risk management processes across all projects, proactively identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of project status reports, focusing on data-driven insights and hard indicators to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project success and continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies
