Requirements

  • 3-5+ Years of Project Management Experience: Proven experience managing complex projects involving EHR integrations or similar healthcare IT initiatives
  • FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR Knowledge: Strong understanding of FHIR, HL7, and SMART on FHIR protocols, with the ability to apply this knowledge practically in integration projects
  • Technical Background: You have a solid grasp of APIs, healthcare interoperability, and software engineering principles. You understand enough to translate technical needs to the engineering team effectively
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships across different levels of partner organizations, from technical contacts to executive stakeholders
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous about details with a focus on ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, especially in high-stakes healthcare environments
  • Passion for Healthcare: While specific industry experience isn't required, a genuine passion for impacting patient care is essential

Responsibilities

  • Lead Integrations with EHR Systems: Manage the integration of Heidi's AI medical scribe into Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems by leveraging FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and HL7 standards
  • Coordinate with Partner Marketplaces: Collaborate with partner systems, EHR vendors, and marketplace contacts to align integration efforts, ensuring compatibility and mutual benefit
  • Gather Requirements and Create Documentation: Work closely with engineering teams to gather, define, and document requirements, ensuring they have clear and actionable information to build live integrations that integrate seamlessly with our core product
  • Technical Project Management: Lead projects through all phases, from initial scoping and planning to execution and successful completion, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure integrations enhance product functionality and deliver value to our users
