Join our team as a Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery and performance of staff augmentation teams supporting our clients' strategic initiatives. This crucial role ensures alignment between internal operations and client expectations, driving team productivity and high-quality service delivery. You will serve as the primary liaison between delivery teams and client stakeholders, ensuring smooth onboarding, operational excellence, and long-term engagement success. The position requires managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, monitoring consultant performance, and fostering strong client relationships. You will also be responsible for team and resource management, operational coordination, risk and issue management, and ensuring compliance with client processes. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management within IT or consulting environments
  • Proven experience managing staff augmentation or distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of delivery operations, staffing, and team performance tracking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interface confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Excel, and Power BI
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders regarding delivery updates, escalations, and strategic alignment
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with client leadership and delivery leads
  • Delivery Oversight Monitor the performance of consultants across multiple accounts or projects
  • Ensure teams meet KPIs, timelines, and delivery expectations
  • Facilitate onboarding/offboarding processes in collaboration with client and internal teams
  • Team & Resource Management Support staffing plans, rotations, and replacements as needed
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with consultants
  • Drive engagement and retention through proactive people management
  • Operational Coordination Own reporting, dashboards, and delivery metrics
  • Align with recruiting and talent teams to forecast and plan future needs
  • Ensure compliance with client processes, systems, and security protocols
  • Risk & Issue Management Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation plans
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Background in technical delivery or software development
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certifications
