Requirements

  • Masterโ€™s degree in any field
  • 10+ yearsโ€™ experience in the anti-trafficking or public health sector, particularly with vulnerable populations
  • 10+ yearsโ€™ experience working with federal clients in T/TA service provision
  • 10+ years of experience facilitating high-level meetings, trainings, and focus groups with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing staff and facilitating high-level meetings and trainings
  • Expertise in developing multidisciplinary T/TA programs and leading strategic planning initiatives
  • Strong capacity-building skills and experience fostering community partnerships
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to legally work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the development and delivery of Technical Assistance (T/TA) services for federal clients, focusing on supporting professionals working with vulnerable populations, including survivors of human trafficking
  • Facilitate and coordinate high-level meetings, trainings, and focus groups to address emerging issues and explore key topics with diverse stakeholders in the anti-trafficking, public health, and social services sectors
  • Oversee strategic planning and policy development processes related to anti-trafficking efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, ensuring that program objectives are met and performance standards are maintained
  • Develop and implement T/TA programs that integrate multidisciplinary approaches, including social services, healthcare, behavioral health, and public health, to address the needs of at-risk populations
  • Build and strengthen community partnerships and capacity to support sustainable anti-trafficking efforts
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of T/TA programs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
