Summary

Join ProSidian as a Program Manager to oversee the comprehensive 360-degree personality assessment project for the Department of the Navy (DON) Office of the General Counsel (OGC), manage two full-time Subject Matter Experts, and ensure successful execution of the assessment project.

Requirements

  • Applicants may maintain access to a designated classified material storage area and have intermittent authorization to handle Secret/NOFORN materials which requires Secret/NOFORN clearance
  • Proficiency in overseeing complex projects and personnel management
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team leadership
  • Ability to make informed decisions and operate autonomously
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management or a related role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the entire 360-degree personality assessment project, ensuring its successful implementation
  • Collaborate with the DON OGC to facilitate the assessment for approximately 100 OGC personnel
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the Deputy General Counsel (DGC) on administering the assessments effectively
  • Work closely with the assessment team to develop tailored assessment questions focused on critical categories, including leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving
  • Ensure that assessments are conducted with a minimum of six responses per OGC individual, encompassing superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients
  • Coordinate with assessed OGC individuals to schedule assessments and deliver confidential, individualized feedback
  • Manage two full-time Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) - one specializing in executive-level strategic communications and the other in administrative support services
  • Provide clear guidance and direction to the strategic communications specialist to support OGC's executive-level management with communication strategies, speechwriting, and public affairs
  • Supervise the administrative assistant in coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and delivering comprehensive administrative support
  • Cultivate a collaborative and efficient work environment for the team, ensuring effective communication and task completion
