Program Manager

Summary

The job is for a Program Manager in RT²'s Virtual Sales Assistant Program. The role involves managing daily operations, issue resolution, and monitoring of virtual sales assistant devices and enterprise management software. The Program Manager will also act as the primary liaison between Metro by T-Mobile and Real Time Technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and delivering measurable results
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and presentation

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and resolve daily operational challenges related to virtual sales assistant devices and software
• Oversee and assess the performance and functionality of virtual sales assistant devices and management software
• Continuously monitor feedback from support teams, analyzing data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Metro by T-Mobile and Real Time Technologies’ internal teams
• Maintain thorough documentation of all program processes, issues, and resolutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the virtual sales assistant program
• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with enterprise management software and virtual sales assistant technologies is highly preferred
• Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment
