Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-scale change initiatives, ideally within a post-acquisition context
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Regulatory experience, particularly in implementing submission modules
  • Strong program management and project management background
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels of management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams with varying deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale change initiatives related to the integration of the acquired company
  • Co-develop the case for change, benefit case, and program approach to ensure successful execution of individual projects
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
  • Create comprehensive communication plans tailored to various internal and external audiences, ensuring clear and consistent messaging throughout the organization
  • Identify and manage program risks, including the development of mitigation strategies to manage uncertainties
  • Oversee the execution of change management training programs and assist with the development of training materials
  • Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate, design, and implement change management solutions
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure all relevant parties are informed of project status, issues, and outcomes
  • Ensure that all change initiatives are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Develop high-level project plans and timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule
  • Document change management outcomes, issues logs, and lessons learned to inform future projects
  • Monitor the overall health of the program and report on progress to senior leadership
  • Implement the submission module of Veeva, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure quality experience and compliance throughout the change management process
  • Possess strong program management and project management experience, with a focus on project manager responsibilities
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance project execution and team collaboration
