Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale change initiatives, ideally within a post-acquisition context
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Regulatory experience, particularly in implementing submission modules
- Strong program management and project management background
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels of management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams with varying deadlines
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale change initiatives related to the integration of the acquired company
- Co-develop the case for change, benefit case, and program approach to ensure successful execution of individual projects
- Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
- Create comprehensive communication plans tailored to various internal and external audiences, ensuring clear and consistent messaging throughout the organization
- Identify and manage program risks, including the development of mitigation strategies to manage uncertainties
- Oversee the execution of change management training programs and assist with the development of training materials
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate, design, and implement change management solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure all relevant parties are informed of project status, issues, and outcomes
- Ensure that all change initiatives are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop high-level project plans and timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule
- Document change management outcomes, issues logs, and lessons learned to inform future projects
- Monitor the overall health of the program and report on progress to senior leadership
- Implement the submission module of Veeva, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
- Ensure quality experience and compliance throughout the change management process
- Possess strong program management and project management experience, with a focus on project manager responsibilities
- Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance project execution and team collaboration
