Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • A strategic problem solver with the ability to translate business objectives into practical plans and drive their execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities coupled with a results-driven focus
  • Deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented by global operations and cross-border collaborations
  • Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones and a willingness to travel internationally, as required
  • Strong leadership characteristics, able to coalesce disparate stakeholders to work as an integrated, high performing team

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and monitoring transformational initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
  • Translate business strategies into actionable plans, collaborating with leadership to define program scope and success criteria
  • Foster strong relationships with executive sponsors, department heads, and team members, ensuring clear communication and expectations
  • Coordinate personnel, budget, and technology to ensure successful program implementation, adjusting as needed
  • Identify and mitigate risks, implementing strategies to minimize disruptions and maintain program momentum
  • Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms, assess progress against objectives, and provide data-driven insights
  • Collaborate on smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors while respecting and integrating the organization's culture
  • Ensure program results meet standards and implement continuous improvement processes
  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation and facilitate transparent communication across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Development and leading product implementations
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
