Program Manager

Summary

The job is for a Program Manager at Syndigo who will manage major retail/distributor implementations and ongoing programs. The role involves acting as a client liaison, overseeing program planning and execution, delivering key performance reports, identifying issues, conducting analysis, and presenting data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, and/or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in project management or client-related position in SaaS
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience working with executive-level customers, suppliers and consultants to gather requirements, develop & execute program plans
• Experienced user of SmartSheet, Excel & SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Manages the complete project life cycle
• Oversees program planning and execution to meet objectives across Syndigo products
• Delivers key performance reports to clients, offering insights into system and process efficiencies
• Identifies issues, conducts analysis, and presents data-driven recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• May require travel for client meetings
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with software packages, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Jira preferred
• Exposure to the retail industry a plus
