Requirements
- Clearance: Eligible to obtain a Secret clearance (or contract required clearance level)
- Experience and Education: Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 10 - 15 years of relevant experience or a Master's with 8 - 13 years of relevant experience. At least 2 years in a management capacity
- 1+ years of experience as a program manager
- Working knowledge of program management practices to create, track and maintain cost, schedule, performance, and risk metrics
- Experience leading proactive, cohesive and innovative teams through humble examples of the mastery of Agile principles and methodologies
- A deep understanding of the Agile mindset and how it is leveraged to transform the workplace
- Experience applying transformational leadership to create empowered self-organizing teams
- Working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework within the DoD
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products
- Working knowledge of agile management constructs (Agility, JIRA, Rally, etc.)
- Working knowledge of change management principles and practices
- Outstanding communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent oral communication / briefing skills

Responsibilities
- Implement program-level operational strategies aligned within your business unit
- Create and implement initiatives that optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure quality across all operational functions
- Within your programs, manage operational budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize efficiency while controlling costs
- Identify areas for cost-saving measures and process improvements
- Meet/exceed approved revenue and profit targets
- Ensure program and task ceiling and hours are maximized
- Identify scope and ceiling increase opportunities on your program
- Identify adjacent work with the same customer (aka - Organic Growth)
- Actively conduct customer engagement, participate in community events, proposal support, and solutioning
- Ensure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customer's satisfaction via transparent management of your program
- Identify, track and mitigate program risk
- Ensure Comprehensive Professional Development for all assigned employees
- Participate in Talent Acquisition (Hiring and interviews)
- Actively engage in Performance Management and Day to Day personnel management
- Within your program, build and maintain productive and positive professional relationships with clients and their respective leadership organizations
- Proactively shape client satisfaction and CPAR ratings with regular intentional client engagement
- Execute all contract requirements as assigned in accordance with the prescribed contract LCAT
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of DoD Program Management
- PMP Certification
- DAWIA certifications such as (SPRDE, PM, LCL,)
- Agile Certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer, etc)
