Join EquipmentShare as a Program Manager on the People Analytics team, working remotely to transform our compensation program. You will serve as a compensation subject matter expert, partnering with leadership to analyze and guide compensation and benefit programs. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in compensation with a focus on technical requirements and analyzing compensation structures and programs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
Responsibilities
- Serve as a People Analytics compensation subject matter expert, partnering with leaders to transform our compensation program
- Assists with a variety of analytical-based tasks to ensure compensation practices, strategies, programs, and policies/procedures are competitive and compliant
- Supports the development, implementation and administration of pay structures, policies, programs and practices including base pay, salary administration, job descriptions and evaluations, salary/market pricing analysis, and incentive or pay-for-performance programs
- Influences key leaders in a fast-growing Equipment Rental and Software company
- Analyzes compensation related issues for internal equity
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL experience
- Workday experience
- Python experience
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel or GoogleSheets skills
- Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment
- Strong ability to adapt and be flexible within the scope of a given project as vision, priorities, and timelines shift
