Summary

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in the technology and non-profit industries
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA)
• Experience driving cross-functional projects and interfacing with a variety of internal and external collaborators
• Collaborative nature with the ability to work across clinicians, researchers, educators, and internal and external stakeholders
• Solutions focused with the ability to connect the dots between individual projects to achieve NGDT goals
• Strong people skills and understanding of products
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Able to handle multiple projects
• Navigate ambiguity with ease
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-departmental processes in partnership with SMEs and drive efficiency
• Drive the execution of multiple simultaneous projects with a focus on products and partnerships
• Utilize program management best practices to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives
• Effectively set timelines and manage cross-functional teams to meet deadlines through proactive management of milestones, blockers, scope, shifting priorities, and risks
• Build relationships and collaborate closely with the internal teams
• Partner across teams to drive operations focused on strategic initiatives
• Contribute to the PMO team development by building repeatable project management processes and standards
