Summary
Join Figma's Talent Enablement team as an experienced Program Manager to lead and shape strategic initiatives enhancing Figma's hiring practices at an enterprise scale. You will plan, execute, and monitor large, complex programs, analyze data to identify improvements, design and implement scalable solutions, drive adoption of new solutions, partner with stakeholders, and present results to senior leadership. This full-time role can be based in a US hub or remotely within the US. The ideal candidate possesses extensive project management expertise, a deep understanding of recruiting processes, and strong change management skills. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a Recruiting Operations (or equivalent) role
- 5+ years of experience managing projects and/or programs
- Extensive knowledge of recruiting process, technology, and analytics, with experience working directly with Greenhouse and Workday
- Experience managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time
- A history of effectively driving change and adoption of new solutions across a scaling organization
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting complex information to audiences of all levels, including executives
- The ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders with varying experience and technical capability
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large, complex programs that span multiple teams and functions, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
- Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, inform decision-making, measure impact, provide actionable insights, and use your findings to inform the talent teamβs roadmap
- Design and oversee the implementation of efficient and scalable solutions for the talent team
- Drive adoption of existing and new solutions through effective change management and human-centered design thinking practices
- Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders of varying teams and levels to understand end-user needs and ensure alignment
- Present strategic initiatives, program updates, and results to senior leadership with clarity and impact
- Mentor, and develop other team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on projects related to Recruiting Capacity and Headcount planning
- Experience with People/HR practices (such as internal mobility or compensation philosophies), and their impact on the hiring process
- Experience with OFCCP and Sox Compliance requirements and their impact to hiring practices
